Tea Cups in Your Mind
Spinning three directions
And all at the same time
Faster when you turn the center wheel
Anxiety the only thing you feel
And dizzily, you wonder what is real
Complications winding
Binding up your mind
Grind against the force centrifugal
Emotions wearing down, becoming dull
Watch the peace get spun out of control
But still continue turning
Burning what's inside
Hide your face and shade your teary eyes
Now take a breath and contemplate the size
To turn the wheel is very rarely wise
Spinning three directions
And all at the same time
Slowing as you cease to turn the wheel
Knowing that it's not that big a deal
And concentrate on things you know are real
