Always

You say you'll always love me
I say I love you too
But I guess that's not exactly the same thing
For I will always love you
And know that you love me
But there's a difference that needs distinguishing

Your always is forever
My love is for the now
That doesn't mean that it will go away
I just lack the skill and know-how
To contemplate forever
When I'm awe-struck with the love I feel today
