Manic Mindy mulled the morrow
Over and again
And then again
And then again
And then again again

She weighed the sense against the sorrow
And opted to transcend
The things she'd been
Herself extend
But leave the friends she'd known till then

Not knowing how she'll do it now
And wondering if she should
She thinks about the options out
The couldn'ts that she could

Her heart contends with leaving friends
And questions wrong and right
Her head debates and speculates
And keeps her up at night

And wondering if the one she's with
Will ever be the one
She dreams of guys to analyze
When the journey here is done

The future there is only air
Without a guarantee
The past she loves is memories of
The girl she planned to be

The choice she made was over-weighed
Deep down she knows it's right
But doubts and fears and hidden tears
Confuse the conscious sight

And so she manic mulls the morrow
Over and again
And then again

She weighs the sense against the sorrow
And sees the friend she's been
Discerning then
That that won't end
When ending she begins again
